On the LCD screen, you can choose which aspect of your workout you want to track. The Row 1.0 displays time, number of strokes, strokes per minute, and calories burned. With the push of a button, you can switch between the different metrics. Select the scroll function to view the metrics in sequence. The display is powered by two AA batteries, so you don’t need an electrical outlet.
