The VirtuFit Rubber Plate 30 mm is made for intensive use. These cast iron plates have a scratch-resistant rubber outer layer that protects both your plate and your floor from damage. This is important for exercises such as crunches and twists, where you constantly hold the plate. In addition, this grip makes it easier to change the load on your barbell between exercises.
