This BR Gel & Mousse free tourniquet shock absorber is made from Mousse à Mémoire de forme (high-tech memory foam), therapeutic soft gel Acavallo and a new material called 3D Spacer. The 3D Spacer material ensures perfect pressure distribution and prevents heat build-up. It also ensures excellent air permeability and moisture absorption. Shape memory foam absorbs shocks, prevents friction and ensures even pressure distribution. The special shape of the shock absorber does not compress the withers area. Machine washable at 30°C or hand washable with mild detergent.
