You can regulate the pressure using your body weight to reach superficial or deeper muscles. The BALL 12 massage ball, the STANDARD massage roller and the BALL 08 massage ball are among the most popular products in the BLACKROLL® range. The BALL 12 massage ball is slightly larger than the BALL 08 at 12 cm in diameter. Thanks to the larger surface area, the massage pressure is less intense: this ball is therefore not used for highly targeted massage, but for large-area massage and fascia stimulation.
