The Gymstick Power Band is a tool to intensify existing exercises. For example, plyometric exercises and speed training, but also squats and bench presses. They can be safely stretched up to 250% of their original length. The Power Bands have a loop of 104 cm (and thus a total length of 208 cm). They are 4.5 mm thick.
