Mounting on load-bearing wall by a competent person recommended. Directions for use : Raise the bar to forehead height (or higher) to pass the chin without touching the ceiling. On substrates other than solid concrete (hollow bricks, light walls), provide wood/steel reinforcement and dedicated anchors. Check bolts for tightness every 2-3 months, wipe coatings (pH neutral) and avoid solvents.
