The 240 cm length offers a generous training field: vertical climbs, traverses, controlled dynamics, unilateral work, isometrics... The sanded surface holds just what you need (liquid magnesia compatible), and the wall attachment (dowels/anchors depending on the support) ensures a long-lasting installation, whether you're in a home-gym or a functional box. In terms of progression, start with assisted climbs (GladiatorFit elastics), then add difficulty with a weighted vest. You can also alternate with gym rings to vary the angle of pull and relieve the forearms between blocks. The pegboard thus becomes your central pulling tool for strengthening backs, biceps, shoulders and deep sheathing, while working on coordination and grip.
