The sanded surface holds just what you need (liquid magnesia compatible), and the wall attachment (dowels/anchors depending on the support) ensures a long-lasting installation, whether you're in a home-gym or a functional box. In terms of progression, start with assisted climbs (GladiatorFit elastics), then add difficulty with a weighted vest. You can also alternate with gym rings to vary the angle of pull and relieve the forearms between blocks.
