    Product Description

    Short, wide blades deliver measured resistance to build leg power without overly slowing the kick. The asymmetrical blade shape and adjustable heel strap make these open-heel fins suitable for safely developing the breaststroke leg kick, while the blade geometry encourages an inward supination kick for backstroke, butterfly and freestyle. Designed to broaden the front of the foot and reduce pressure on the instep and toes, the fins increase foot and ankle flexibility and provide superior propulsion and power.
