The Lifemaxx Power Tubes are extra strong and therefore suitable for heavier body shaping. These power tubes have a canvas protection for the latex tube and the handles are attached via carabiner hooks. Intensive exercises can be done with them, provided you perform the right exercise. The Power tubes are available in the following levels: - Training tube (level 1 - yellow) Extra Light - Training tube (level 2 - green) Light - Training tube (level 3 - orange) Medium - Training tube (level 4 - blue) Strong Level 1 is suitable for rehabilitation and seniors Level 2 and Level 3 are recommended for group classes like ClubCore, CXworx etc. Level 4 is more used in PT with the fitter/stronger athlete.
