The Cosmic Wind Vest uses a Japanese nylon shell with DWR treatment to repel light showers and a ripstop texture for added durability. Stretch fabric and preshaped sleeves maintain a slim fit and full range of motion without flapping. Elastic cuffs and hem seal out cold air.

Breathability is optimised with a mesh back panel and lateral laser-cut holes that evacuate sweat. The vest compresses into its own stow pocket and fits into a jersey pocket for easy carry. Reflective zones increase visibility in low light.
