The advantage of the chinning bar is that no extra weights are needed, as you use your own body weight. The Gymstick pull-up bar is a sturdy steel bar with a chrome finish, which prevents corrosion. You attach this doorway pull-up bar using 6 screws; it can be mounted in a doorway or between two walls, and you use yourself to pull up. This way you train the arms and back muscles, especially the biceps and latissimus dorsi. You train using your own body weight as resistance. On the sides of the chinning bar there are PVC layers to prevent damage to the walls. The doorway gym bar comes with training instructions and 6 screws to fasten it. This doorway pull-up bar is suitable for doorways between 66 and 91 cm. The Gymstick pull-up bar can support up to 130 kg.
