Do you love intense cross-country? This wheel is made for you. Designed with a 25 mm wide rim, the Crossmax Carbon SL R 29 is built for modern cross-country, whether for riding or racing.
The all-carbon rims ensure explosive acceleration and help you tackle technical climbs, with just the right amount of vertical flex to allow you to conquer each section with precision and control. The outer layer of carbon benefits from our new UD² design, giving it a unique visual identity and enhancing its durability.
The internal width (25 mm) ensures good compatibility with all modern cross-country tyres.
The lacing consists of 24 tapered straight spokes, providing a perfect balance between lateral stiffness and vertical flex.
We've designed an even lighter Infinity hub. Combined with the wheel's stiffness and specially selected lacing, it maximises your pedalling power for optimal power transfer.
Our Instant Drive 360 freehub system guarantees quick engagement with its dual ratchet mechanism. Sprint and accelerate more effectively out of corners!
The rear hub is compatible with HG9, Micro Spline, and SRAM XD freehubs.
The Crossmax SL R is available in 29'' only, with either 6-bolt or Center Lock brake discs, and is compatible with Boost standard axles (front 15x110, rear 12x148). The wheel comes with valves, spare spokes, and accessories.
