The revolutionary Schwalbe Clik Valve (SCV) is a modern bicycle valve system
designed to make tyre inflation faster, simpler and more intuitive. Using a
spring-loaded poppet design similar to a Schrader valve, the pump head simply
pushes on and “cliks” into place — no threads, no levers and no accidental
air loss.
Winner of the Eurobike Award 2024, the Clik Valve system was developed to
remove the common frustrations of traditional Presta valves and make
inflation easier for riders of all ages and abilities.
This conversion kit includes:
- 1 x New Clik Valve pump head
- 2 x Schwalbe Clik Valves
- 1 x Valve core removal tool
- 2 x Newly designed dust caps

Compatibility & Usage
Valve Conversion
Compatible with:
- Presta (Sclaverand)
- Dunlop
- Tubeless valves
Simply replace the valve insert.
For Schrader (car) valves, use the included screw-on adapter, which can be
removed to allow use with petrol station pumps.
Pump Compatibility
- Best performance with a dedicated Clik Valve pump head
- Backwards compatible with most standard Presta (SV) lever-lock or push-on pumps
- Not compatible with screw-on Presta pump heads
- Pressure reading may not function with some standard Presta pumps
- Adapter included for use with Schrader (car) pumps
Releasing Air
Air can be released by pressing the small central pin using:
- The valve cap edge
- A fingernail
- A suitable small tool
Inner Tube Compatibility
- Certain Schwalbe tubes come equipped with Clik Valve as standard
- Not compatible with Aerothan tubes or other TPU/plastic valve stems
