Follow the 5 steps below for optimal enjoyment:Step 1: Leave the ball at room temperature for 2 hours
Remove the ball from the packaging, unfold it and leave it at room temperature for two hours. This normalises the temperature of the ball, making it easier to inflate.Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80%
First inflate the ball to approximately 80% using the included hand pump. Insert the white plug into the hole and wait 24 hours.Step 3: Fully inflate the ball after 24 hours
Once at least 24 hours have passed, it's time to fully inflate the ball. Keep inflating until it is completely full, then insert the white plug into the hole.Step 4: Check diameter and sitting posture
After fully inflating, check the diameter of the ball and your sitting posture. This will help you determine whether a little more air needs to be added or released. Sinking too far down? Inflate the ball a little more. Feet not flat on the floor or thighs tilting downward? There is too much air in the ball.Step 5: Ready for use
