Torq Gel Rhubarb & Custard is a concentrated, smooth-textured energy gel built on the 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio (Multiple Transportable Carbohydrates), allowing the body to absorb carbohydrate faster and in greater quantity than with a single traditional carbohydrate source. Each gel delivers 30 grams of carbohydrate (1 Torq Unit) plus all five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium). It is gluten-free, plant-based, purely flavoured and free from artificial colours or sweeteners, making it easier to digest during exercise. Use 2-3 Torq Units per hour, combined with Torq Energy Drink to cover fluid needs, as part of the Torq Fuelling System.
