Son's one-piece body in technical plastic (PP/PE) stands up to club, school and home-gym sessions. The 10 marked notches (10, 15, 20, ..., 50 cm) give you an immediate reading of the height: you go from a beginner's workshop to an advanced level in a matter of seconds. The anti-rotation profile stays firmly in place on the cone, while each notch accommodates your Ø25 mm stud without excessive play for a stable and secure bar. You save time on set-up, keep the session flowing, and can vary the exercises: jumps, pas chassés, fast strides, slaloms, high-knee work, educational running...
