This makes it very easy to hold during exercises such as biceps curls, triceps extensions, preacher curls, and more. • Suitable for Olympic weight plates • Color: chrome • Barbell bar: 120 cm The big advantage is that the tension on the forearms is relieved by the specific shape of the barbell bar.
