The BioLite Dash 450 is a lightweight, runner-focused headlamp with a slim 10 mm front and patented 3D SlimFit construction that integrates electronics into the headband for a secure, no-bounce fit. It delivers up to 450 lumens with a focused spot (90 m) and a 15 m flood beam for clear vision of obstacles, plus a red rear light and reflective band print for 360° visibility. The 1000 mAh rechargeable Li‑ion battery charges via USB‑C and supports pass-through charging so you can run while recharging.
