Torq Hydration Watermelon is a hypotonic electrolyte drink, specifically designed for situations with heavy sweat loss over periods of up to around an hour, such as intense indoor training (Zwift, spin classes) or short, hot-weather efforts. Thanks to its combined passive and facilitated transport mechanisms (using a light dose of glucose and sodium), it hydrates faster than water alone or electrolyte tablets. Every 500ml serving provides around 15 grams of carbohydrate and all five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium). Supplied in the 540g pouch (around 30 servings of 500ml), mix with water for use during or after exercise.
