The Bauer X-LP YTH ice hockey skates are designed for recreational players. If you want to get your first experience in ice hockey or don't skate regularly, these skates are perfect for you. New features include the 3D polycarbon quarter package, the 30-ounce felt tongue, and the microfiber lining inside the boot. The Bauer X-LP is intended as an entry-level model and therefore has a universal fit. It is tailored to the average foot shape. The skate is available exclusively in regular width (R). The X-LP's 3D polycarbon quarter package provides the optimal balance of stability and flexibility, allowing players maximum comfort during play. The microfiber lining, which extends to the inner tongue, further enhances comfort. Bauer has specially developed this lining with a particularly warm fleece lining. The 30-ounce felt tongue offers players optimal comfort and protection. The Bauer X-LP ice skate comes standard with a Lightspeed Pro 2 blade holder and stainless steel blades. Although this combination doesn't allow for blade replacement, the stainless steel ensures excellent gliding performance on the ice. The X-LP skate's design gives it a fresh look. The boot is entirely black with blue accents in key areas.
