    Torq Energy Blackcurrant is a carbohydrate and electrolyte drink built on the research-proven 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio (Multiple Transportable Carbohydrates), enabling the body to absorb up to 40% more carbohydrate per hour than with a single carbohydrate source. Every 500ml serving provides 30 grams of carbohydrate (1 Torq Unit) plus all five key electrolytes (sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and calcium) lost through sweat. It is purely flavoured with no artificial colours or sweeteners, and comes in a convenient single-serve sachet for on the go.
