All our mattresses are shipped vacuum-rolled. It is important to unroll them upon arrival or before the date indicated on the mattress label. It is best to do so upon receipt and leave them for 24 to 48 hours to allow them to recover to 100% condition. Avoid opening them with sharp objects.
