Product Description
The battery is the central point for the operation of your lighting, so it's important to take care of it. It's a crucial element for the equipment to function properly.
After a long period of inactivity, it’s important to check their autonomy. The storage location of your equipment will play a key role in the lifespan of a lithium battery. If exposed to temperatures that are too low or too high, batteries tend to degrade. The ideal storage temperatures are between 10° and 15°.
At ambient temperatures around 20 degrees, a battery loses about 3% of its charge per month.
Our advice:
A charging cycle every 4 to 6 months at a minimum during prolonged inactivity allows lithium batteries to maintain their efficiency.
Another point is to store them with a charge level between 55% and 75% to increase their longevity.
NEVER store them below 5% autonomy as all batteries will tend to lose efficiency over the long term. Remember to recharge them after each use.
So don't forget to regularly recharge to avoid any battery issues.
