Dunlop adds another chapter to its CX 400! Like the previous generation, this update combines a powerful 24mm frame with a 16x19 string pattern. It also features a weight balance of less than 315, facilitating speed maximization with rhythm and spin. In this update, Dunlop internally restructured the frame, adding a box shape below the 10/2 axis to enhance stability, control, and feel. Additional changes for 2024 include Powergrid Stringtech+, which offers increased spacing between the strings for enhanced spin and power. Dunlop also updated the stiffness profile, adding more flexibility in the internal structure to improve response time and strike, while stiffening the racket face for increased stability and power. To help reduce impact vibrations, a highly elastic material called Vibroshield was added to the mid-section of the frame and shaft. This material is complemented by Sonic Core with Infinergy, a unique flexible material applied at the 3/9 axis of the head for increased comfort and power.
