For this update, Dunlop restructured the frame internally, adding a box shape below the 10/2 axis to improve stability, control, and feel. Dunlop also updated the stiffness profile, adding greater flexibility to the inside of the frame for improved response and impact, while stiffening the racket's face to enhance stability and power. To help reduce impact vibrations, a highly elastic material called Vibroshield was added to the midsection of the frame and shaft. This material is complemented by Sonic Core with Infinergy, a unique flexible material applied at the 3/9 axis of the head, providing increased comfort and power.
