The Primo bicycle helmet is manufactured using the in-moulding system, in which the inner shell made of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS) is bonded to the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) to maximise safety for athletes.

The position and size of the 10 front vents have been designed to ensure the best aerodynamics and constant ventilation inside the helmet during all cycling activities. The 6 rear vents direct the airflow and significantly increase ventilation by dissipating heat.

The open-cell structure of the inner padding, combined with the three-dimensional fabric with a variable thickness of 5 to 8 mm, guarantees a perfect fit and provides protection and ventilation. Thanks to the new ‘Fitting Foam’ technology, the Primo helmet offers a new level of comfort thanks to the soft, fast-reacting material insert that insulates the forehead from the EPS shell, drastically reducing vibrations while increasing safety by keeping the helmet in a more stable position. The Up-Fit system allows micrometric adjustment of the helmet in width and height in combination with the Ergo-Light straps for a perfect fit that adapts to your movements like a second skin.
