For example, size "48-52" corresponds to S (depending on the model). To measure head circumference, place a measuring tape or string about two fingers wide above the eyebrows where the circumference is the largest, wrapping it around the head. Since a cycling helmet should not be too tight and each helmet has an adjustment system, one can choose the helmet size (S, M, L, XL...) up to 1 cm larger for a comfortable fit.
