The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 Shield is a women's running shoe with a special waterproof membrane. Designed for training in unfavorable weather conditions, these shoes are lightweight and feature mesh inserts that hug the foot for comfort, while the waterproof material protects and prevents feet from getting wet when running in the rain. Reflective elements also enhance visibility when running after dark. Traditional laces are used for easy, personalized adjustments. Compared to the 35th version of the Air Zoom Pegasus Shield, the tongue is now thinner for a better fit, and the heel counter is narrower and away from the Achilles tendon, preventing abrasion.

The midsole is composed of Cushlon foam and Air Zoom technology based on gas cushions, providing a soft feel and reducing shock.

The outsole provides greater grip on wet surfaces. Waffle Pistons technology features a waffle-shaped construction. Additionally, recesses in the outsole quickly evacuate water, helping you maintain a stable ride, regardless of weather conditions.
