    Our LION yoga and Pilates mat is made from Portuguese cork, is thicker (6mm) and therefore very gentle on the joints.

    With a thickness of 6mm, it is the best solution if you are looking for extra comfort for your joints and knees, without having to buy a heavy mat. The cork provides a soft feel and a neutral scent during practice.

    The cork oak tree is never cut down (prohibited by law in Portugal) and is found almost exclusively in Europe.

    Recommended for all types of yoga, Pilates, fitness, and training exercises due to the extra thickness (6mm).

    Storage tips

    Cork is antimicrobial, so the yoga mat requires low maintenance (a damp cloth and white vinegar is enough). Store away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry place.
