Design and Comfort
The ASTRO harness features a semi-rigid construction combined with breathable 3D foams on contact areas (shoulders, belt, and thighs) to provide optimal support and prolonged comfort during suspension and movement. The replaceable thigh elastic bands maintain adjustment during walking and suspension phases.
Equipment Integration
The openable ventral point allows for direct connection of a descender, progress lanyard, or seat (PODIUM/LITEPOD) without additional connector. The integrated CROLL L ventral blocker enhances efficiency during rope ascents by freeing up space and simplifying connections.
Adjustment and Ergonomics
Donning and adjustment are facilitated by a combination of FAST buckles (openable for legs and left shoulder) and self-locking DOUBLEBACK PLUS (belt and right shoulder) providing secure and stable adjustments even under intensive use. The buckles are designed to be operated with gloves.
