The TTGO Z5 is a high-performance electric bike specially designed for urban commuting and riding in varied terrain. It combines a mid-drive motor system, a long-range battery and comfortable suspension, offering an ideal balance between performance and riding comfort.
The bike features a 27.5-inch 6061 aluminium alloy frame, combining lightness with high strength, which improves overall stability and durability. Combined with a suspension fork and a ZOOM shock-absorbing seatpost, it effectively reduces road vibrations, offering a smoother and more comfortable ride on urban roads and slightly uneven terrain. The wide 27.5 Ć 2.4-inch Cheng Shin tyres provide strong grip and light off-road capability, adapting to different terrain types.
In terms of motorisation, the TTGO Z5 is equipped with a 36 V, 250 W Bafang mid-drive motor delivering up to 75 NĀ·m of torque. The mid-drive system ensures efficient and stable power transfer with a balanced centre of gravity, improving performance during starts, acceleration and climbing. A torque sensor adjusts assistance based on pedalling force, providing a smooth and responsive riding experience.
In terms of range, it uses a high-capacity 36 V, 18 Ah lithium battery, offering approximately 130 km in assist mode, suitable for daily commuting and longer rides. The 42 V, 3 A charger ensures efficient and convenient charging.
The equipment is comprehensive: a 9-speed Shimano drivetrain provides precise and smooth shifting; the Changhao hydraulic braking system delivers strong and reliable stopping power, improving riding safety; the LCD dashboard integrated into the seat tube clearly displays key riding data.
The maximum speed is 25 km/h in line with European standards, and the maximum load capacity is 125 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of riders. With a net weight of approximately 28.5 kg and a sturdy frame, it is suitable for both urban commuting and outdoor riding.
