The pads on the outer thighs provide extra protection in case of a slide to the ground. The small size of the bottom has been designed to fit perfectly with the latest generation of MTB saddles. Minimising seams, it ensures maximum comfort even while pedalling, especially on steep trails where friction with the fabric can be more bothersome.
