    Plastimo Rescue Line Man Overboard System - Rescue Throw Bag and Throw Line, 20m The Plastimo rescue system is used for initial contact with people who have fallen overboard. It consists of a buoyant rescue line and the throw bag in which the line is stored. The MOB manoeuvre is carried out as follows: One end of the line is attached to the boat or held by the rescuer. The other end of the line, including the throw bag, is thrown as close as possible to the person to be rescued. The person to be rescued is then circled with the boat until the person in the water can grasp the floating line and be pulled to the boat.
