The OT16 MAX is a high-end electric bike designed specifically for performance and off-road exploration, combining power, long range and stable handling. Whether for urban journeys or off-road rides, it offers a more efficient, less tiring and more comfortable riding experience, making every journey freer and more enjoyable.
The bike is fitted with a diamond-type aluminium frame (Diamantrahmen), which ensures high strength and a stable structure whilst offering riding flexibility suited to a variety of challenging terrains. It is available in black-brown and cream white, combining urban aesthetics with outdoor style to meet users’ personalisation needs.
In terms of performance, the OT16 MAX features wide, puncture-resistant Kenda 20×4.0-inch tyres (Pannenschutzreifen) with a pressure of 2–3.5 bar, offering better grip and excellent shock absorption. Whether on soft sand, snow or rugged mountain trails, it remains stable and smooth, making it easier to maintain control on challenging terrain. It is also fitted with an SR Suntour XCT aluminium front suspension fork with mechanical suspension (non-adjustable), further enhancing manoeuvrability and comfort.
In terms of motorisation, it features a maintenance-free 48V 250W brushless hub motor (brand: SFM), delivering a maximum torque of 45 Nm for smooth starts and powerful acceleration. Combined with a high-precision sensor system, it ensures stable and continuous power even when climbing or on difficult terrain.
The range is also impressive: the OT16 MAX uses a 48V 18Ah lithium-ion battery (removable and lockable) with high-performance Dongci 21700 cells, offering a large energy reserve. In assisted mode, the range per charge can reach approximately 120 km (depending on riding style and riding conditions), meeting the needs of long-distance journeys or outdoor excursions.
The drivetrain features a Shimano Acera 1×7-speed derailleur with RapidFire control for precise and smooth gear changes. The 42T front chainring combined with the 14–28T rear cassette allows you to adjust your pedalling cadence to suit the terrain, making the ride more efficient and less tiring.
For safety, the bike is fitted with Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm discs at the front and rear and a cut-off lever, offering fast and stable braking response. Even at high speeds or on challenging terrain, it guarantees reliable braking and effectively protects the rider.
In terms of practicality, the bike is Bluetooth-compatible and can connect to a dedicated app to view ride data and the bike’s status in real time. It also features IPX4 water resistance, ensuring reliable use in wet weather conditions. The total weight is approximately 31.45 kg, striking a balance between powerful components and a stable frame.
