When maximum performance at minimum weight is required, there is no getting around the Performance 9 M sleeping mat. With its low weight and tiny pack size, the mat fits into the smallest rucksack. Nevertheless, thanks to innovative thermal insulation, it is even prepared for winter nights. Instead of a down or synthetic fibre filling, a reflective film is used, which divides the inside of the mat into different convection chambers: The air warmed by the sleeper circulates at the top, while the cold from the ground is kept out at the bottom. In addition, the radiated heat of the sleeping person is reflected. The waffle structure of the new chamber construction creates a flatter surface and offers improved sleeping comfort for all sleeping types (back, stomach, side sleepers). The straight side contour also allows two mats to be pushed together to form a "double bed". The valve of the Performance 9 M sleeping mat is compatible with the VAUDE pump sack or pump pillow, and a repair kit is also included.
