Product Description
Made from high-quality TPU and weighing just 42 grams, the Tubolito Tubo-Road offers the ideal combination of lightness and robustness. The durable bicycle tube fits all 700C racing bike tires with a width between 18 and 35 mm. Tubo-Road is compatible with both disc and rim brakes and offers great flexibility thanks to the free choice of valve type. This bicycle tube is the optimal choice for racing cyclists who value not only puncture resistance, but also performance. All Tubolitos are made from the high-tech plastic TPU. TPU has been successfully used in the industry for many years and is valued for its outstanding performance. The founders of Tubolito, Ákos Kertész and Christian Lembacher, worked with TPU before founding Tubolito and have built extensive expertise over the years. The combination of TPU with a patented manufacturing process makes it possible for Tubolitos to be small, lightweight, and at the same time puncture-resistant. These properties can be optimized depending on what is required from the Tubolito. The Tubo-Road with Streem Valve, co-developed by Tubolito and Newmen, replaces the traditional protruding valve with a sleek, aerodynamically integrated solution. Sitting flush with the rim surface, the valve minimizes airflow turbulence — a subtle yet measurable advantage at high speeds. Combined with Tubolito's high-tech TPU inner tube material, the system delivers minimal weight, air resistance, and rolling resistance — optimizing every detail for pure performance.Tubo: The perfect tube for everyday use – more robust and lighter than conventional butyl tubes. Combining performance and durability, it's the smart upgrade for any bike.Main features:Featuring Newmen's Streem valve technology.Only 42 grams, 60 % lighter than the standard butyl tubes.Extremely durable TPU material.Suitable for disc and rim brakes.Features:Range: Tubo.Use: Road.Compatible with both disc and rim brakes.Material: TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane).Valve: Newmen Streem Valve.
