    Product Description

    Plastimo Radar Reflector for Sailing Boats - 5cm Diameter. Most pleasure boats are made of fibreglass or wood, so there aren't enough surfaces to ensure visibility on the radar of larger boats. This can be dangerous, especially in poor visibility conditions such as fog. A radar reflector solves this problem by generating a signal on radar screens through its numerous, right-angled aluminium surfaces. The tubular Plastimo radar reflector creates a reflective surface of up to 2 m². Radar reflectors are recommended to ensure safety in bad weather conditions. Two eyelets for hoisting are included. It can be attached either to the backstay or to the shrouds.
