The Salewa Alptrek Trekking Backpack is a comfortable backpack made of lightweight, highly abrasion-resistant nylon with a fully adjustable carrying system and 50-liter capacity, designed for both short and long-distance hikes. For longer hikes, you can also add an additional ten liters of capacity thanks to the adjustable height and removable lid compartment, which can be used as a separate carry bag. Our easily adjustable Dry Back Custom carrying system features an adjustable back length and anatomically shaped, padded shoulder straps and hip belt for a personalized fit. Furthermore, load-lifting straps ensure an optimal fit on long hikes, while a pre-shaped hip fin ensures a precise fit and good load transfer to the hips. Large pockets provide plenty of space for spare clothes or tent poles, and dual (front and top) access to the main compartment ensures quick and easy access. With trekking pole holders, a rope attachment, load management, and side compression straps, this pack is the perfect choice. It's also compatible with a Salewa hydration reservoir.
