The Lifemaxx LMX Aqua Bag (S - L) is perfect for use in functional training spaces and Personal training studios, but also for Small group trainings and other group classes! The Aqua bags can be filled with water. This creates instability that engages not only the large muscle groups but also all the other muscles that are normally forgotten! Because the water moves, posture and execution are also automatically corrected if needed. This makes the LMX Aqua Bags ideal for rehabilitation as well.
The cover of the LMX1570 Aqua Bag is made of very strong PVC and the four neoprene handles allow for endless exercises. The Lifemaxx Aqua Bags can be easily filled and emptied by means of the cap with safety lock.
