Size S comes in the following dimensions: Length 36 cm x Width 2 cm (7 holes). It weighs 65 g.

Size M has the following dimensions: Length 50 cm x Width 2.5cm (10 holes). It weighs 95 g.

Size L has the following dimensions: Length 65 cm x Width 3cm (10 holes). It weighs 130 g.
