What are our recommendations for use?
Open the bag and bring the two ends together so that they touch each other. Then fill with hot water to level 2 (70 ml). Mix. Close the zip closure. Wait 9 minutes, stir with your cutlery and enjoy.

Dehydration or freeze-drying?
100% of the ingredients in this dessert are freeze-dried!
It is a sublimation process (turning water from the solid state directly into a gaseous state). This way all the nutritional benefits of the ingredients chosen as part of the ingredients, are preserved (unlike other dehydration processes). This also, very importantly, keeps the taste of the foods in tact and limits the use of preservatives.

Conservation
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Food is not fresh indefinitely. Over time, they deteriorate or go moldy. To slow down this process and keep our meals warm for as long as possible, a food-safe gas (nitrogen E941) is added into the packaging before it is sealed. Inert and odourless, nitrogen protects it from oxidation, while removing all damp.
Eat fully after opening.
