Insert one under the tyre to lever it out.Attach it to a spoke and repeat the operation to release one complete side of the tyre.Then pull on it to remove it from the wheel.

Mount one side of the tyre, following the direction of rotation (if indicated).Insert the inner tube, which has been slightly inflated beforehand, then mount the other side, starting with the valve, to avoid pinching.
