How to choose an inner tube:
To take good care of your bike, it's crucial to know the exact dimensions of your tyres. You'll find this info on the tyre sidewall (diameter and cross-section).
For example, 24 x 2.10 means your tyre is 24 inches in diameter and 2.10 inches wide.
On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-507 means a tyre that is 50mm wide and has an inner diameter of 507mm (approx. 24 x 2.00).

Checks to carry out before installing an inner tube:
Visually inspect your tyre, clean off any residues, then check there are no anomalities on the rim and rim strip.
How to change an inner tube:
Watch our video, pre-inflate the inner tube to prevent pinching, insert the valve in the designated hole, position the inner tube inside the tyre, then in the rim.
Fitting a tyre:
Mount the first part of the tyre at the valve end, gradually pushing it in towards the opposite side, and do not use tyre levers.
Inflating a tyre:
The secret to correct inflation is the get the pressure right (as shown on the tyre).Make sure the tyre stays properly in place.
