Band resistance
A band's resistance is equivalent to the weight you lift when stretching it. So the greater the resistance, the greater the challenge. But you also have more opportunity to improve and reach your fitness goals. This kit offers different resistances so you can increase the difficulty and train according to your current needs, goals or mood. Be your own coach.
What do the numbers on the band mean?
Each numbered mark on the band is a new challenge. The closer you get to the centre, the greater the tension and the more difficult the exercise. You can change up your training as necessary.
Vary your exercises with the door anchor
Thanks to the door hook, you can exercise safely and comfortably from three different anchoring points without damaging your door. For example, warm up your shoulders from the middle of the door, do bicep curls from the bottom, and do pulls from the top.
Maintaining this 3-band set
After every use, clean your resistance band with a damp cloth and let air dry to increase its lifespan.
