Why choose a special shoe for urban walking?

Each sport has its shoe! In walking there is complete heel-to-toe transition, from the moment the heel hits the ground to the propulsion of the front of the foot. During this phase the foot is extremely arched. Walking shoes must be extremely flexible to conform perfectly with this movement.
