    Tips and installation times for the wall-mounted pull-up bar

    Assembly time: 30 minutes for an adult
    Screws are not supplied for fixing the pull-up bar, as they must be chosen according to the material of the wall you plan to fix it to.
    - Contact a DIY shop for advice.
    - Assemble the bar in the desired direction before fixing the assembly to the wall.
    - Always fix the bar to a solid wall.

    What accessories can you use with the wall-mounted pull-up bar?

    To get started with pull-ups, use our pull-up assistant to take the weight off your body. (ref.: 8643988). It is comfortable and adjustable, so you can choose the level of assistance and follow your progress.
    If, on the other hand, you're looking to push yourself, increase the difficulty with a 0-5 kg weighted vest (ref.: 8736051) or 6 to 10 kg (ref.: 8734579).
