    Green Clay (illite, kaolin, montmorillonite) supports athletic recovery.
    Glycerin: Vegetable Glycerin (glycerin) hydrates and prevents the clay paste from drying out.
    Menthol & Essential Oils (menthol, Mentha arvensis leaf oil, Eucalyptus globulus oil) deliver a cooling effect.

    How to use the refreshing clay paste?

    Apply a thick layer of clay paste directly to the skin on the desired joints or muscles. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. Once the clay dries, it no longer has any effect. To prevent it from drying too quickly, we recommend covering the clay layer with a damp cloth.
