    Why is it so important to protect the breasts during sporting activity?

    During sporting activities, your breasts, which are fragile and mainly supported by the skin, are subjected to much greater stress than in everyday life.Whatever your size or age, they are subject to movements and bouncing that can create a force of up to five times their actual weight.     Our 3 levels of support are designed to adapt to different types of sport:- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
    - Level 3: medium support for activities that cause a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);
    - Level 5: high support for activities involving intense movements (step, treadmill, trampoline, etc.).

    How to find the right size for your sports bra

    Choosing the right bra size for your body shape will give you optimum support and greater comfort for your breasts.Our method for measuring your bust size:
    - Stand in front of a mirror;
    - Place the tape measure horizontally against your upper back, roughly level with the bottom of your shoulder blades;

    - Bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust;
    - Take the measurement without pulling it tight;
    - Use our online calculator for optimum accuracy.
