    What is GBS assembly?

    For maximum warmth underwater, this wetsuit uses the GBS (Glued and Blind Stitched) assembly, a process that makes the seams watertight. The neoprene is first glued to join the panels together and create an initial barrier against the water. A seam is then added to reinforce the strength of the assembly. The trick? The needle never penetrates the entire thickness of the neoprene. This technique prevents water from seeping through the seams.

    Reinforcements:

    A printed pattern reinforces the loading area and limits friction, preventing the heel of the crossbow from slipping on the nylon for easier, more comfortable loading.

    The advantages of the nylon lining:

    Unlike underwater spearfishing garments made from raw inner neoprene (also known as split, cut or smooth), double nylon provides extra resistance when donning and doffing.

    OCENA component and AQUAα glue:

    The OCENA neoprene foam is made of 75% natural rubber, which resists compression. What is more, all our combinations are assembled using solvent-free, water-based glues.
