    How to install the product

    It inflates easily by mouth or with an 18 mm universal tip pump. It's simple to set up thanks to the suction effect that guarantees it will stay on the wall. It is designed to be used only on smooth, durable walls, with no need for an additional mount. Once you're done with your workout, it is easy to remove and store.
    Please note: be sure to install the product correctly and put pressure on the centre before each use.
